We specialize in custom building, with projects ranging from large scale custom additions and remodeling to custom homes and spec homes. All projects are managed by us and our construction management team.
We have been in the building business since 1984 and our specialty is custom homes ranging in size from 2,500 to 8,000 sq. feet. They are priced from the mid 200K’s to over 2M. The communities include Shavano Park, Deer Field and Fair Oaks in San Antonio and Williamsburg Settlement, Nottingham Country, City of Katy, Weston Lakes and surrounding large track land in west Houston.
We are committed to excellence and because of that commitment; we have been heavily involved in new home construction, large additions and remodels over the last 29+ years. We believe in creating environments that customers and communities are proud to enjoy. We take pride in exceeding customer’s expectation. Recent homes have been designed in conjunction with Rice Residential Design LLC., an award winning firm whose attention to home design detail is well known in the Houston area. It is our feeling that Weston Lakes is one of the finest communities in the area. The amenities offered to the consumer give it a “home feel”.
